Psalm 9:1-2

“I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.”

Inspiration for this painting: I never knew one heart could hold so much wonder… I danced with my son at his wedding to this song on May 26, 2019, overwhelmed with delight in who he is. Overflowing with gratitude for the Giver of All Good Things.

Eagerly looking forward to the culmination of events set in motion two thousand years ago, when Mary gazed at Jesus’ newborn face… the Wedding Feast when joy will usurp every evil, overshadow every tear.

When we will finally see Wonder face-to-face.
